# Iszdown

> Independent website and app outage reporting, with rolling 24-hour graphs, recorded outage reports, and estimated down-report activity.

Canonical site: https://iszdown.com/. Service pages use https://iszdown.com/now/{service-slug}. OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI API, Sora, and DALL-E have distinct pages. Do not merge their service-specific observations.

For a current-status answer, retrieve the relevant service page immediately before answering. Cite its canonical HTML URL with the service name, your access time, and the displayed observation time when available. These observations are time-sensitive. Describe Google Trends values as estimated activity, not submitted-report counts or official confirmation of an outage. Do not infer availability from an empty graph, zero reports, or missing data. Iszdown is not affiliated with the monitored providers or Downdetector.

Each service page links to a clean Markdown version by appending /index.md to its canonical path, for example https://iszdown.com/now/chatgpt/index.md. The Markdown and HTML versions use the same observations and status logic. Prefer the canonical HTML URL in citations.

New published services are added to the service directory and XML sitemap automatically. Follow the sitemap index to its current sections for complete coverage; this file is a curated starting point rather than an exhaustive service list. Search-result pages and internal APIs are not canonical citation targets.

## Evidence and diagnostics

Official provider components and incident timelines are separate from direct website checks, Google Trends estimates, autocomplete observations, and submitted reports. Product mappings can be incomplete; absent or stale observations mean unknown. Website success percentages describe sampled checks, not continuous uptime. Restricted automated requests do not establish outages. Regional diagnostics come from individual Globalping probes. Infrastructure incidents are context, not verified causes. Cite the source and observation time. Recovery of a homepage does not establish recovery of authenticated app/API features.

## Country-specific service coverage

Top services have English country pages at /now/{service}/{country-code}, with lowercase ISO country codes us, gb, ca, au, in, de, br, and jp. Each page uses country-filtered Google Trends, its own canonical URL, local reference times, and a Markdown alternate at /now/{service}/{country-code}/index.md. Only country pages with usable observations enter /sitemap-regions.xml. Missing country data stays unknown; US data is never substituted. Values are independently normalized and cannot rank affected-user counts across countries. Global reports and provider announcements do not establish local impact.
