Absolute shocker that @HSBC_UK app is down and not a peep from them on Twitter or website! This is really poor form for a so-called global bank. Is @firstdirect still offering £175 for me to switch over?

But then I would guess they don’t expect the phone app to be down for as long as this is taking.
