@virginmedia The issue isn't that your app is down, it's that non virgin/o2 customers are bypassing the priority app and buying the tickets directly through the sellers websites by just amending the website URL on @gigsandtours and @TicketmasterUK. Your genuine customers are missing out

What should I do if Virgin Media is unavailable?
If Virgin Media is UP but you can't load the page, here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:
Refresh
Try refreshing your browser page or close any accompanying applications and retry opening them.
Check if access to Virgin Media is blocked
Access to Virgin Media may be blocked due to an antivirus or firewall configuration either on your own computer or phone or by an employer or network.
