@QuickBooksOnli3 The Quickbooks Online website is down as verified by IsItDown. What’s massively frustrating is that the only way to reach support to let them know of the outage is, you guessed, logging onto my QBO account and punching Help. But, of course, I can't do that!

@mediatemple please have some common sense when it comes to customer support, if a clients IT rep calls you with a pin to tell you their website is down, i shouldnt hear "i need to talk to the person on the account" ..im just asking for a ticket ffs ..this aint quickbooks


What should I do if QuickBooks is unavailable?
If QuickBooks is UP but you can't load the page, here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:
Refresh
Try refreshing your browser page or close any accompanying applications and retry opening them.
Check if access to QuickBooks is blocked
Access to QuickBooks may be blocked due to an antivirus or firewall configuration either on your own computer or phone or by an employer or network.
